Help with payment methods

My website accepted credit card payments yesterday, and now only accepts paypal and venmo. I am tired of arguing with the robot yet again after being told to tell it "send me to an actual advisor" 4-5 times; which does not work. Someone from shopify please message me and fix this problem!
