help with shipping confirmation email

Hello

I am having great difficulty understanding how and where to update my shipping confirmation email. I want to update that part circled in red below. When i do a search of the HTML i can't find this text anywhere.

The below HTML in the first couple of lines seems like what I want to update but as you can see the text within the HTML isn't showing in the actual email at all (it shows correctly in the 'preview' but when i create an order and get the email myself it's different. I'll copy and paste the HTML below.

Plese note, I do use an app for fulfilment, but even if i fulfil manually through shopify (like i did for the test email) it still comes through differently.

It seems the template you are editing is not Shipping Confirmation.
From Notifications >> Shipping confirmation >> Click Edit code on top right and then You'll see the code/text you want to edit

Oh yes you're right, I was in the wrong template! 🙄

Ok now that I'm in the right one I can see what the problem is. It's the code I have highlighted in the screenshot (it goes for longer than this). I want to remove all of this code that changes the messaging based on whether items have been fulfiled prior. Back story is I'm using a bundles app where the 'bundle item' is fulfiled automatically only leaving the children SKU's. This is so the 'bundle' doesn't go through to fulfilment.

So basically, I just want the shipment email to ALWAYS say "your order is on the way" rather than "the last items are on their way"

Does that makes sense? Ill pop the screen shot below followed by HTML.

In that case, I would suggest you to try out below code by replacing only the highlighted lines in screenshot

<p>Your email content replacement text.</p>

NOTE: Make sure to keep the code copy before making any changes.
After making the above change see for the preview and Save accordingly.
