Help with this 403 error "Failed to send fulfillment request from shop Portuguese Rambler"

I received this email from Shopify right after an order was placed on my store, the message of the email is below. How can this be fixed?

Fulfillment requests from shop *** to fulfillment service Contrado failed. The requests failed with status code 403 and will not be retried."
