Hero video isn't automatically playing

Hello everyone!  My hero video isn't automatically playing on desktop view.  I didn't see a place to upload a video, just a place for a link for youtube, etc so I used youtube.  Plays well on mobile.  On desktop, it just has the youtube play button in the background.  I'm using the impulse theme.
