That is odd! Can I ask if you created the store on a 14-day trial, and the 14 days have expired? If so, the trial may just be over - meaning that the store will go into a frozen state unless you select a subscription plan and add your payment details to the admin.
If that is not the case and your store is still within the 14 days of your trial, then there may be a technical error with your account. We can help you out with that!
