Hi I just opened my store the payment methods is not working also its been a month now they asked me to update the point of sale I don't have place for sale its online store can anyone please help me with that thank you

I'm afraid there isn't enough information regarding your payment gateway for me to identify where the issue might be coming from. The Shopify POS is also optional, so you shouldn't be required to update this if you're not selling in-person.
