@Sonevs - first of all, 800 views in week one is fantastic for a new store, congratulations! This is telling you two things: 1. there is interest in what you are selling, that is great.  2. Obviously, people are losing interest once they start navigating, but no worries, this is perfectly normal for new stores and kudos to you for raising your hand now. A few initial/easy boxes to check: are your prices competitive? Are there typos or poor grammar on the website? Have you navigated as a customer to be sure all links are working properly? Are there clear calls to action present? You can share your URL here to get specific feedback on areas of improvement or engage directly with a Shopify expert to get one on one assistance in overcoming this hurdle, a few simple adjustments will get you on your way to running a successful business.

@Sonevs - thank you for sharing. I think I see what is happening. When someone visits the homepage of the website, it seemingly dead ends. There is a hero image and a small menu above it. If website visitors have to think about where to go or what to do, they will bounce (you have just a few seconds to captivate them). I would create a short welcome blurb giving a short snapshot as to why the store was created or what the mission is, anything as an introduction, maybe a few visible collections or products with a clear call to actions, basically guiding the visitor on their journey. For example, say you wanted to show fragrances as one of your products on the home page. You would add the collection as perhaps a carousel, giving the customer the ability to swipe few several of them (with a Buy Now button under each, that is your call to action), and have a button (another call to action) with something like "See All Fragrances" on it.

Depending upon how you have your ads set up, if you are adverting all products in a Pmax campaign, or are doing a shopping campaign on Google - look at your Google analytics report or if you have your Google pixel set up, visit Shopify-Analytics-reports- sessions by landing page to see which products seem to be the hottest (the report will tell you the pages that are visited the most) - those would be the products/collections I would put on the home page.

I would also move your return policy and shipping policies to a footer menu, just to clean up the header menu. Your product pages look nice and clean, good photos, etc. I really do believe you will get some traction if you implement the above, Let me know if we can be of assistance.

@Sonevs - no problem, good luck with the redesign. Sometimes it can be helpful to look at other stores, even in a different niche, to help gain some inspiration. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance.
