Hide internal website visits?

Hey all, 

Unfortunately, my shopify dashboard is heavily populated with my own visits to my website. Since I am constantly working on my website, my shopify analytics are very inaccurate.

Yes - when I check on my website, I am logged into the admin in the same browser window. I have read through all the prior conversations regarding this topic that were posted in 2021 and still can't arrive at a solution. 

Is there still no method to prevent this?
