High-Priority Account Access Bug

I've created an account on Shopify. I have not set up a store yet, and after logging in (for the first time), I see a "white screen"—nothing else, just a pure white screen. What should I do? 🙂 Imagine logging into your email and only seeing a white screen.

I've cleared cookies, tried five different browsers, and even tried on my phone. I'm attempting to reach out to customer support via the AI bot, but the bot is providing a link that is not clickable, promising to connect me to a Customer Support Representative but never actually connecting.

This is day two of trying. I wonder, how do other people resolve issues with Shopify?
