HMAC Validation Failing from app-security-03.myshopify.com

Hi,
I’m receiving webhooks from app-security-03.myshopify.com, but HMAC validation fails every time. Is this a Shopify test store, and are invalid HMACs expected from it?
Would appreciate any official info. Thanks!
