Hosting in Legacy Basic

I need to to confirm that Legacy Basic plan includes hosting. The FAQ on the subject is unclear. It says "Do I get free web hosting when I open an online store? Yes, Shopify includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans except Starter." Does Legacy Basic = Starter??? I've not seen Starter promoted anywhere.

We do have a great article that goes into the depth about the features included with the Starter plan here. With that being said, the starter plan does include an online store to showcase your products to your customers.
