Hey everyone,
I’m curious how other store owners and developers are using AI behind the scenes, not just use chatgpt or chatbots, but deeper into operations.
Are you automating internal tasks like answering repetitive team questions or product lookups?
Using AI to assist with order management, customer service, or catalog maintenance?
Have you built anything custom or are you mostly using off-the-shelf tools?
I’m exploring how merchants make the business run smoother, especially when the store starts to scale.
Would love to hear what you're trying, what's working, and what’s been disappointing.
Thanks!

Hi @Chrisywz
A lot of the shops are automating things in the background using AI, things like product tagging, writing SEO meta fields, auto answering tickets on common questions on helpdesk integrations, AI syncing inventory with rules and so on. You can avoid constant custom coding requirements with tools like Zapier and more using AI plugins or even custom GPT workflow, to automate many of these repetitive tasks. Working from the bottom floor up, it’s one less moving piece to deal with, which is huge when you need to scale.
