How best to approach product descriptions for similar items?

Hey,

I am looking a bit of guidance around product page descriptions. I am selling 20ft & 40ft expandable container homes which come in multiple floor plan options. The products are all identical with the only difference being the internal structure/floor plan layout, however, I am wondering the best way to approach the product descriptions.

For example 1 Bedroom Expandable Home vs 2 Bedroom Expandable Home

Manufactured from the same materials with the only difference being the internal layout. I am conscious of duplicate product descriptions as it will have a negative affect from an SEO perspective?
