Yes I have a Shopify store. It's a clothing store for Men and Women. Yes I have 2 blogs on it so far.
@clothing_store, With your Shopify account you only get one blog, so when you say that you have "2 blogs" I assume you mean "blog posts".
It's great that you're working on your content and that you are regularly writing your blog posts, but do you have a strategy for it?
In other words, do you know who your target customer is, and do you know how best to reach them? If you haven't already, create a customer avatar. You have a clothing store for men and women, but can you be more specific than that?
What age group are they? What kind of clothes styles do they wear? Where would they wear your clothes? How long for? What socioeconomic level are they?
Moreover, find out which social media channels they're most likely to use, what content they're probably most interested in, and how you can create a content strategy that helps you connect with them. Here is our blog post on How to Make your First Sale and How to make your First 10 Sales, you may be well past this point but you might find some useful tips there.
I hope this helps! Please feel free to share your actual site or any other questions you may have!

I thought the reply was @Me but it is still relevant. I haven't thought about curating the content to my ideal customer. Thank you Andrew. I might be writing my blog posts blindly.
I have found your response to be extremely helpful with all the hyperlinks and suggestions. This is my first time checking out the "blog posts" category on Shopify Discussions.
Also, as a new writer, I am starting to appreciate your clear your sentences are.
If you raise important problems in the industry where your products are the solution, you will definitely increase your sales.
There are 2 ways to look at how blog can contribute to your sales:
1. Indirect: Build trust and long-term relationship
Essentially this is what Andrew has mentioned. Writing good blog posts and create great blog experience that help your customers appreciate your products and domain knowledge, from there hopefully they will remember you when they are ready to buy.
2. Direct convert: Add timely product placement and / or promotion banner to turn your readers into customers
Basically, this way lets you directly market to your blog readers, and turn them into customers, as they got appealed and gain trust from your blog content.
There are multiple ways to do this, for example:
Insert relevant products links and images into your blog content. If you are writing a recipe that involves your product, you can directly link them to these products, so they can immediately make a purchase. This can either can done manually or using an app like Pro Blogger.
You can also insert vouchers and promotion banner, so the readers can be rewarded with discount (like X% off if you shop $Y now). The Blog CTA Upsell app lets you automatically insert such CTA to all your blog posts.
Ultimately, these methods can be mixed and matched to achieve the best results.
