How can customers post product reviews on my Facebook Store?

Hi everyone. My Facebook Store is up and running though I had sales though no one is shopping through FB. They did buy before I got the store up. 

Where do or where can customers leave Reviews for the products?

I have opened accounts on Yelp, White Pages, and Google Business but I need to learn about reviews there too.

Because these platforms are typically for brick and mortar businesses, you may not expect many reviews there. There are some other ways that you can accept reviews from customers, however!

Many Shopify merchants use product reviews apps to add a review section to their product pages. There are several product reviews apps in the Shopify App Store and you can access them all here. Some popular options include Judge.me Product Reviews, Fera Product Reviews, and Stamped.io Product Reviews.

With these apps, you can add a product review section to your product pages, where customers will see star ratings of your products and will also be able to leave reviews. These apps also integrate directly with platforms like Facebook, allowing you to import your reviews there. It's also quite easy to request reviews from customers using these apps, since they offer a built-in email feature that will automatically request reviews from customers who have purchased from your online store.
