How can I add a local pickup checkbox at checkout?

Hello! I am trying to figure out how to add a checkbox. Ideally this would be at checkout.

The checkbox would be for customers to check a box that says "Local Pickup" if that is how they would like to receive their product. I read a bunch of different posts and also watched some videos but I could not get anything to work for me. I have a sale going live tomorrow AM so I figured I would reach out on here to see if anyone could help since I am on a timeline. Any help is greatly appreciated!
