How can I add an employee to my full team on the basic plan?

Good morning

I want to add an employee to my store since the plan I have does not allow me to add people to the team because it is full. I have the basic plan.

How do I add a collaborator? I go to help on Shopify and it redirects me to a "security" page but the page gives an error. follow photo below

Thanks for reaching out. If you're looking to allow collaborator access for a Shopify Partner, you can follow the steps outlined in this help document. If you're still getting an error message, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window as it may be due to a local issue.

Old post but, is this allowed? I have a single supplier that needs access to my orders to fulfill them. I don't want to pay $50 a month more just so I can have 1 staff account to give them access. Would it be within policy to add them as a collaborator? They also run a shopify store and I don't want to get anyone in trouble here.
