How can I add animation effects to my collection list images?

Hello Can Anyone please let me know how to add animation effect in collection list image! 

Let me explain you properly! 

When we scroll down to collection list all the product cards must come up in animation effect! At now present it is static ! Just want to add animation, if anyone knows please let me. Know ! 😊
