How can I add blocks to my website footer?

I want to add a few things to my footer on my website, however I don't see any options for any blocks, sections, etc. How do I fix this?

Based on your screenshot, the theme you're using only has the 2 blocks available (Email signup + custom liquid). 

You would either need to switch themes to one that has more blocks built into it, or else hire a custom coder to add more blocks to your existing theme.

I created a new page with the same theme and it seems to have the option to add blocks
