How can I adjust header icons and change search button link in Pipeline theme?

Hi,

Can someone help me how to adjust header icons to make it bigger? I am using Pipeline theme.

And also how can I change the link in the search button as I have already changed the icon into envelope? What I plan is to link it to contacts. Can someone tell me how to do it?
