How can I adjust my blog post image size effectively?

Hi there, I'm not able to adjust the size of the images from my blog posts.

I have tried TinyIMG to optimized the images and also tried edit it from the rich text editor straightaway, nothing works and the images all end up ginormous & blur!

Please HELP and Thank you very much!

Did you try to change Image ratio settings in your Online store > Themes > Customize > Blogs > Default blog > Blog post > Featured image hight > Adapt to image

And Online store > Themes > Customize > Blog posts > Default blog post > Featured image
