How can I advertise my smoke store online?

I run a site called ineedapipe.com

I am restricted from running ads with Google, Microsoft, etc, due to the "smoking pipe" being against their content rules.

What platforms would allow me to advertise with them, and how should I go about it?

I definitely appreciate the difficulties that come with operating a store that can't be advertised on traditional paid platforms. That being said, you have some great options available.

My biggest recommendation would be to use influencer marketing. This way, you are technically advertising via social media. The great thing about influencer marketing is it can be much more affordable than traditional cost-per-click ads. Additionally, you have more control. 

When working with influencers directly, you can view their analytics, comments, likes, and followers to verify that the individuals seeing your ads are the target market you are looking for. The ads also come across much more organically as paid ads tend to be skimmed over. We have a great blog post I recommend you check out with the do's and dont's of this strategy; and how to utilize it to the fullest. 

Lastly, consider setting up Shopify Collabs. This is a new feature that puts merchants like yourself in direct contact with content creators and influencers!

So are the  shopify collabs influencers vetted by Shopify?  I opened my shop and got flooded with emails saying they could help my sells but they were all scams
