How can I apply tiered discounts to multiple items?

hi, i want to do a discount 2nd 30% off, 3nd 50% off

its like buy x, get y in 30% off, get z in 50% off

the problem is that i dont know how to do this

in the buy x get y i can apply this only for the 2nd item but how i can do it for 3 items?

It sounds like you what want is:

- An (automatic?) discount

- That only applies when X amount of a specific product are in the cart

- And gives 30% off all product Y in the cart

- AND gives 50% off all product Z in the cart

Is this accurate?

If so, then please answer these questions, so that I can recommend you the best possible solution:

1. Are you trying to create an automatic discount, or a discount code that customers have to enter manually at checkout?
2. What products count for "buy x"? Is it a specific collection that triggers the discount, or just a specific product/variant?
3. What if there are Y products in the cart, but no Z? Will the discount still apply?
4. Likewise, what if there are Z products in the cart, but no Y?

Hi, yes thats what i need.
The discount is on all products in the site, just pick the 2nd item and its
30%, pick the 3rd item and its 50%

Thanks for your patience. Sorry, I lost track of this thread in my notifications.

You can set this type of volume discount up in our app, Regios Automatic Discounts (4.8 stars, Built for Shopify).

Here's a screenshot of what your quantity breaks should look like:

With the other settings on default, this discount will apply based on the quantity of items in the cart.

I used the "Advanced options" on volume discounts, and set the "Compare by" setting to "Equals (==)." This way, the discount will only apply when the cart quantity is 2 or 3, but nothing higher or lower:

1. auto dicount

2. no specific collection, all products on site

3. yes the discount still apply, the 2nd item will be in 30%.. the customer has an option to add 3rd one for 50%

4. there no such thing y or z, its on all products on site. on everything.

its just add 1 item, the second one for 30%, the third one for 50%.
