Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to add an automatic tag that contains the current month each time a comment is added. Or have shopify add an automatic tag whenever another specific tag is manually added. Thank you

You mean transfer the date comment to tags right?

You can try this one - it has dynamic tag based on date/month
