How can I automate custom app creation for Shopify using API?

Hey ! Hope all of  you are doing well.

First I create the *Custom* app and then configure the Scope permissions and after that I install that app. I do all the steps manually But now I want to do all these steps with API in my own System ( have multiple customers that have stores on Shopify) . I'm basically running an E-com business, but the issue with my clients is to do all that steps in the manually that are mentioned above. Basically I want to make all that steps automatically when a new customer came and have a new store on Shopify.
I have read the whole documentation that shopify provide but they didn't provide any API's  that can help me in my own Business.
