How can I automate the creation of return labels in my online store?

Hi Everyone,

I have a question.

We currently ship via evri however, when customers want to return items there is current no method for me to create a returns label within shopify meaning I have to do it externally and its very manual.

I was wondering how to remove this manual task and have it so it creates return labels for me?

We do not have any business account with any courier so would I require setting one up do you know?

@calvinclifford Its best to go for an inbuilt Shopify app like EcoShip that will automate the label generation process for you.
