How can I automatically translate product options to German?

Hi i want my store in german language .Everything is in german language but i cannot find a way to translate product options like sizes etc to german they are still in english.Is there any way i can translate them without doing it manually..i only want to keep german not any other language

You can either add a custom variant in German, or you will need a developer to help you out with translating the current variants.
