Hi @Lovelydarkskin!
I'm glad to hear our suggestions were helpful to you! To answer your question, you can absolutely incorporate accessories and skin products onto your website as they stay within your target market. As you mentioned, you are able to add the products into separate collections in order to differentiate them from one another.
As you grow your product range and establish a more diverse selection, you will naturally end up with a more diverse customer base. The more you have to offer to different types of people, the more potential your business has to grow. Additionally, if you have an impressive range on offer, you are more likely to stand out from the crowd. More people will become aware of you, and this awareness will encourage loyalty and return business.
Here is a wonderful article for inspiration that explores over 50 beauty and cosmetic stores that sell a wide range of products just like you are wanting to do.

Hello @Lovelydarkskin the best way to increase sales is you can creating sales channel and you can also advertise your products to the right peoples
Hey, @Lovelydarkskin!
This is Moira from the Social Care team at Shopify.
Thanks for posting, it’s great to hear you are looking for ways to help increase sales as this is a very important part of running an online business. Without looking at your store, it is difficult to suggest what may benefit you directly. But if you were to reply with your store URL, I could take a closer look, but for now, I will give you some general feedback that will help you increase your sales.
What steps have you taken to improve your search engine ranking so far, and have you looked into any forms of advertising such as Facebook Advertising? People who find your online store in a search engine are probably looking for products like yours, so they are more likely to buy something. People who find your online store in a search engine are probably looking for products like yours, so they are more likely to buy something.
Here are some steps that will definitely help you improve your store search engine ranking:
Rename the image - When uploading an image to a store, make sure to rename the image with a descriptive file name that will relate to the product in the image. By doing this, the search engine can understand what the image is related to.
Use keywords - Search engine filter searches using keywords and so make sure these keywords appear in your page titles, image ALT text (good for people who have visual impairment), meta descriptions, and page's content. Here is a guide on how to add keywords to your store.
Meta descriptions - Products, Collections, and Pages all have meta descriptions that you’re able to customize yourself, in the Edit website SEO section at the bottom of their admin pages.
SEO description - There are a couple of things that you should keep in mind in order to have an SEO description that ranks well. You want to write the description as if you’re writing it to a potential customer, touching on descriptive words about the product and its use. A lot of the time merchants list keywords without any structure, thinking the more keywords the better - but this is not the case. We have a great blog post with further detail on this.
Submit your site map to Google - All Shopify stores generate a sitemap, a site map contains all links to your products, product images, pages, collections, and more. The search engine uses a sitemap to suggest your site so that your store's pages appear in search results. To enable the said feature here is a video on how to verify your site with google and how to submit your site map with Google.
SEO is a really great path to take because the upside of getting unpaid (free) traffic is certainly great. It can help keep your advertising costs down and increase your sales. One last thing I do recommend is getting structured data for your site.
Structured data can help increase your SEO and make you look better to Google. Structured data helps Google understand what you're selling better. In turn, structured data can encourage Google and other search engines to show you more in search results (since they'll know what you're selling). Lastly, structured data helps Google award your site with something called "rich snippets" which are enhanced search results. These rich snippets pop out because they display pricing, availability, and star ratings.
One way to get structured data is by installing an app like Get Clicked SEO which can do this for you automatically. This app communicates with Google and supplies them with the information they need so you can get awarded with "rich snippets". Rich snippets are great because they can increase your click-through rate (by being more eye-catching and standing out).
Here are a couple of additional resources that can help you out after you work through the list above:
Once you have tackled the SEO suggestions I have mentioned above please reach back out and let us know how you got on. I’m happy to answer any questions you think of as you continue to work on your business.

Are you still going to take a look at my store and tell me what i need to work on ?
Hey, @Lovelydarkskin!
Thank you for posting your store URL. I have to say that you have done a great job so far building your natural hair care website, you should be very proud of this! However, I have some suggestions for your store, and I hope they can help you a little bit.
1) On your top slideshow banner, you can consider adding CTA buttons. Your content on the landing page is good and very informative, but if you want to increase more chances of people buying your products. You can add CTA buttons in the center and in some parts of your page to direct people to your product pages or collection pages, which can help boost the conversion rate.
2) The product images don't have a fixed aspect ratio. Using a consistent aspect ratio for all the images of a particular type makes them display better side by side because they all display as the same size. You can use the image editor to edit and resize images that you want to use in your Shopify admin.
3) Your product descriptions are quite content-heavy. Consider condensing the information on the homepage so customers are not reading paragraphs of information. You can still keep this information as it is very informative, just make sure to attach it to the individual product pages instead of the homepage.
4) The header menu should have an 'About Us' and 'Contact Us' page because this information will specify why your brand is unique from others in the market. This will really personalize your business to your customers - it's awesome for them to know who you are and what your company is about. It will also improve your conversion rate which is a big opportunity to grow your business!
Here is where you can go to learn more about conversion rates.
Here is where you can go to learn how to create an 'About Us' page and 'Contact Us' page.
5) I noticed that you don't have a favicon (also known as a shortcut icon, website icon) yet. It adds legitimacy to your store and helps boost your online branding as well as trust from potential consumers. It will help your customers see your store immediately in their bookmarks or browser history. You can check this video tutorial about adding a favicon to your store to serve as your guide and reference.
Once you have tackled the suggestions I have mentioned above please reach back out and let us know how you got on. I’m happy to answer any questions you think of as you continue to work on your business.
Cheers!

I made some changes and would like for you to take a look at what i have done so far Www.processnaturalhaircare.com
Hey, @Lovelydarkskin!
I have just tried to view your website and it appears your DNS settings may need to be adjusted as the website is not currently accessible. Did you purchase your domain processnaturalhaircare.com through Shopify or a third-party provider such as GoDaddy?
When connecting a third party domain you need to edit the DNS settings in the domain host's account to:
Point the A (@) record to Shopify's IP address, which is 23.227.38.65
Point the CNAME (www) record to shops.myshopify.com
If you find that adjusting your DNS settings makes no difference, it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.
In order to save some time, and help the Support Advisor you speak with to pick up from where you and I have left off, I am going to provide you with a summary of the issue as I understand it. You can share this summary at the beginning of your conversation with the agent to bring you both up to speed and help to get your answers as quickly as possible.
Issue Summary: Disconnected domain, error message "server IP address could not be found". Check A Record to ensure the IP address is pointing to 23.227.38.65
If you have any questions please feel free to thread those below.
Cheers!

could you check out my store and let me know if i need any changes or improvements?
Hey @kobyskollection!
Sure no worries! At first glance, I notice you don't have an About Page or a Favicon (as I suggested to the merchant in the post above) so I would highly recommend using those resources to implement one.
Secondly, the "Enchanted Mat" image on your homepage appears to be slightly pixelated, what size was the file when you uploaded it? Have you also thought about using that space to add product photos rather than just your store name?

hello my name is DonG @618lafamilia.com and i am new to shopify and came across this thread to gain knowledge and understanding on how to increase my online sales as well because the beginning parts are tough but im lucky and glad to have a community like this to assist you alon the way is very very helpful
Hey, @ThaHostDonG!
Welcome to the community, we are glad to have you here! The Shopify Community Forums is most definitely a place for you to ask as many questions as you want when it comes to running your business. This can be anything from how to increase sales to advice on how to layout your homepage.
As you mentioned, maintaining sales can sometimes be more challenging, or even elusive. Nevertheless, we're to help! Luxury fashion products are really great to build a brand with. I definitely recommend using social media for marketing your products. We have a relatively new guide on how to post regularly on social media here. Social media is such an important part of growing your business which then leads to sales. Most followers that engage frequently with posts will likely become loyal customers in the long run. Have you tried out any marketing techniques so far? I’d also highly recommend looking into Facebook Blueprint where you can discover online learning courses, training programs, and certifications that can help you get the most out of Facebook marketing platforms.
By the way, your website looks really great! While I was looking at it, I noticed some things that you may want to look into. First, I saw you don't have a favicon. If you're not familiar with this, the favicon is the little logo that appears beside your store name on the browser tab. Having a favicon is really beneficial for your brand as it helps users recognize and identify your website easily, and it also presents a cohesive brand identity. I highly suggest adding one if you haven't thought of it. Should you need a guide to do so, we have one on this page.
Secondly, have you ever thought about adding an About page? this will really personalize your business to your customers - it's awesome for them to know who you are and what your company is about. It will also improve your conversion rate which is a big opportunity to grow your business! What do you think? Here is where you can go to learn more about conversion rates and how to create an 'About Us' page.
Lastly, I noticed that luxury fashion is your business niche. Take a look at this blog post that provides some great suggestions for apps you could implement in your store to provide the ultimate fashion experience for your customers.
Let me know how you get on with the suggestions above!
All the best,

Hi @Lovelydarkskin, check out my suggestions here:
Maybe they can help you with information and knowledge for your business!
Hi,
I took some time to find a website case.
https://www.glutone.in/blogs/blogs?page=11
This merchant uses SEOAnt-AI SEO.Anyone who visits his website should feel that it is profitable.
The UI design of his website is very appealing; you can easily tell that he sells skincare products. The content on his product pages is attractive, featuring not just plain text descriptions but also numerous explanatory videos, text paired with images, FAQs, and genuine customer reviews.
Regarding his blog, he has written over 120 blogs.
As we all know, aside from perfecting technical SEO, such as meta titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, JSON LD, AMP, auto-fixing 404s, website speed, AMP pages.
And lossless image compression, content SEO is also crucial. Blogs are a part of content SEO; once your blog attracts organic traffic, it can lead to sales and a continuous flow of natural traffic. I think this is why everyone values SEO so much.
Additionally, this case website, https://www.glutone.in, has many other aspects worth learning from. I was particularly impressed by his use of the Loyalty Shopify app. This stood out to me because I know that this method encourages loyal customers to repurchase due to discounts and a better membership experience, resulting in more sales.
I can introduce another website case:https://grundig-bike.com/
a large merchant selling bicycles has created a page on their site to introduce their loyalty rewards program. This website uses the Loloyal: Loyalty & Referrals Shopify app.
The topic of this post is certainly aimed at gaining organic traffic and generating sales. However, many replies do not mention specific cases. The two website examples I shared are real merchants who have successfully achieved traffic. I hope these two cases are helpful to everyone.
Lastly, if you’re interested in the SEOAnt-AI SEO Shopify app and the Loloyal: Loyalty & Referrals Shopify app, here are discount links for installation.
Please be sure to click here for SEOAnt-AI SEO (discount link included) to get 30% off.
Also, click here for Loloyal: Loyalty & Referrals (discount link included) to get up to 50% off.
Finally, I sincerely wish everyone great success in their business.
