Hi Everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I've been managing my Shopify store for the past two months, and while I'm pleased with how things are going, I'm eager to enhance my conversion rate.

Currently, my conversion rate stands at 0.8%, and I'm looking for strategies to increase it further. I've implemented various marketing tactics and optimized my website, but I believe there's room for improvement.

I would greatly appreciate any insights, tips, or experiences you can share to help me boost my conversion rate. Whether it's related to website design, product presentation, customer engagement, or anything else, I'm open to all suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your valuable input!

Best regards,

Louie

Hi Louie,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

I love the store you have created and it seems that you are sold out of 2 of the 3 candles you have already?

In regards to your site, here are a few suggestions:

Your banner on PC looks not centered and the words are difficult to read. Perhaps look for a way to align the fonts and button so the banner looks classy and match the rest of your site in terms of aesthetics.

The fonts here are faded?

Connecting online with offline. It seems like you have a beauty salon? Make sure to always be telling your customers about your online store, adding a quick card with your online store address (at the end of physical store purchase) provides your new customers a chance to purchase again without coming to your physical store.

Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Since you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

You can also do product research by asking your converting customers what scents they find relaxing or what scents they like, so it will help guide you with creating your next lineup of candles.

Hope this helps!
