How can I bulk update my product SKUs on a platform?

Hi - I need to be able to update my SKUs in bulk, ideally just pulling in the Product_Id that google uses in our GMC feed - i.e, the shopify_us_xxxxxx_xxxxxxx number.

Is there a relatively easy way for me to vlookup/copy everything i have in my merchant center product feed and reupload via something supplemental back to shopify so I don't have to update the product SKUs one by one? Thanks in advance
