How can I cancel a forgotten subscription before being charged?

Hi! I forgot to cancel my 3 month 3$ subscription and now i need to pay 399$ and i cant afford that,my family is in big debt and i tought Shopify was my chance to make our life better but it didnt work out. Please cancel it i cant pay that I didnt even set up my store i didnt sell anything help me please! I dont have enough money on my card so it didnt charged it. So now if i will have enough money on my card it will charge me 399$?

I cant close my account beacause i couldnt pay the subscription bill. If i cant pay it my account will be frozen i understand that,but the subscription fee wil add up every month if my account is freezed or it will stop when it gets freezed?
