How can I cancel my dropship.io without a plan

Hi so basically can I get refunded for my money back as it has been charging me for the past 4 monts.What happened is that I had a free trial on dropship.io and then totally forgot about it and I've never used it, since this happened it has been charging me £28 probably everyday from what I can recall and whenever I got money transferred into my account it took so please can I get refunded,I have never used it, also how can I cancel.

Just to be sure I have this down right. You have a Dropship.io account that you made to use your free trial. You didn't cancel the account and they have been charging you each month for the last 4 months? If I have that correct, please contact their support team so they can look into this for you. If you were referring to wanting a refund from Shopify you can contact our support team so they can look into this.
