How can I change my personal name and DOB on Shopify?

Hello there,

So for the past few days, I've been trying to change my name and DOB and have found absolutely no way to do so. Every discussion I see that has been answered about this problem says for the user to go to the help center and select the problem I have and create a "support ticket". There is no such thing as a support ticket and literally every single staff that has replied to these questions just directs us to this link: https://help.shopify.com/en.Which DOESN'T ANSWER MY PROBLEM ON HOW TO CHANGE MY NAME AND DOB!! I'm new to Shopify and have been experiencing great pleasure using it up until the past week, I would really appreciate if someone can show me how to actually change my name and DOB instead of redirecting me to a link where it doesn't even show an answer to my problem...

Hi, @ayben. I'm happy to help you out with this! Can you tell me more about where you are trying to change your name and date of birth? I just want to make sure I point you in the right direction for what you're trying to do.

I'm also happy to help you open a support ticket. To do this you need to first visit the Help Center here. Once you're on this page you then need to type your question or problem to the Help Center assistant. You can find the chat box on the right of the page, or towards the bottom of the screen on smaller devices. The Help center assistant can direct you to the right resources or team for more help from there.
