How can I change the contact us thank you URL?

Hello, I'm trying to track the thank you page that comes after a Contact Us form has been submitted.

As of now when someone submits a Contact Us form, the thank you URL looks like this:

example.myshopify.com/pages/contact?contact_posted=true#ContactForm

How can I make it to something like: example.myshopify.com/pages/contact/thank-you

The reason why is that I'm trying to track the Contact Us form via Google Tag Manager and it's not tracking via (page view) trigger but it's working only when using other methods such as (all elements) trigger
