How can I change the payee and EIN for my employer's account?

Hello. I received an IRS notice for past due income taxes and found out that I've been listed as the payee for my employer's Shopify account since 2020. I need to remove myself as the payee and list my employer and EIN instead so this is corrected going forward, and then have the last three years corrected so I can dispute with the IRS. I saw that @Trevor mentioned a form or link to get the ball rolling. I have a current support ticket but there is no movement on it, and I need to get this resolved.

Thanks for posting this frustrating situation to the forum.

While we definitely appreciate the urgency to have this resolved, if the situation has already been escalated there is nothing more to do at this point. All tickets are handled in the order in which they are received, so creating another ticket will automatically push your ticket to the bottom of the queue.
