Hi, I need to close inactive store. In purpose another person would open it. How can I do that, please help? Should I pay for 1 month subscription and then I can close it in settings?

Welcome to the Shopify Community!
If you are unable to log into your account without selecting a plan then you will need to get in contact with our support team so they can shut down the store for you. You have a few options here:
You can either choose to pay for a monthly subscription in order to gain access to your account to close down your store, then the support advisor you are talking to will immediately refund the subscription charge.
The second option is for the support advisor to escalate your request to our billing team which can take 2 - 5 business days to process.
If you would like your account closed immediately I would suggest going with the first option otherwise we would be more than happy to escalate your request.
While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.
