How can I collect customer feedback after item delivery?

We are a dropshipping store and we would like to ask our customers on their feedback after receiving the item. We usually use 3rd party couriers and we don't want to ask them their feedback after purchasing or fulfilling the item, we would like to get it AFTER they received the item. How can I make this possible?

We might have a graceful solution for your issue. Our survey app has a function to create an external link or a QR code. The best way to do it is to include a physical product insert with the survey QR code and a coupon reward for answering the survey. This will ensure that your customers are getting the survey after they have opened the product. (This might require some effort and communication with your supplier to do the product insert). OR if you know the approximate time your 3rd party couriers usually take, you can send the same link via email automation with a certain delay as well.
