How can I combine multiple products into one on my POD site?

I use a POD supplier. I have separate products (Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodie) that I would like to offer as one item with the opportunity for the customer to select which product they want the design on? Is there anyway to do this?

Do you mean, even if you bundle a shirt, sweatshirt, and hoodie together, you'd still want the customer to be able to choose which of the items get a design on them? (i.e. exclude one or more items from getting a specific design on it?)
