How can I connect with a Shopify Advisor if the chat bot fails?

The Chat Bot in the help enter section can't help me out with my problem, so naturally he sends me this message "Got it! Click select a store to connect with a Support Advisor.". But when I click on "Select a Store" it takes me to a black page with this code " "sid":"59c0e72e-0e4d-4462-bdc4-fa8aad83f6ea"}".

Does anybody know how I can connect to a Shopify Advisor in another way or how to fix this problem?

I just tried, their email no longer accepts incoming messages.
