Hi, three times I have tried to speak with Shopify Support Adviser. Help center asistant informed me: I can assure you that our Support Advisors are working hard to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
I have waited many hours without any success. Whats happening?

I am also having this issue. The AI chat bot keeps telling me to select a store to connect with a Support Advisor when I am already logged into the store I need help with. Shopify is so frustrating!

If you are in need of contacting Shopify's live support and you are unable to get into contact from the Help Center. I would suggest attempting to clear the cache from your browser and trying the action once again. In some cases, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform.
If the issue persists, you can navigate to this URL and complete the form. Once you successfully complete the form, you should see the options to speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
