How can I contact support for changes on platform affecting my application?

Hi I started receiving from shopify an error when authenticating (
api has been disabled 

This is effecting all my clients but I can't seem to get anyone from shopify to look at this.
Do you have any email/chat/phone/twitter handler where I can get some help?

You are correct that this will require reaching out to our Partner Support Team. The Partner Support Team can be reached via their Support portal right here. You will have to login to your Partner account, and then select the relevant topics that appear in order to access the support options.They can then access the back end of your account and help to diagnose and hopefully resolve this issue for you.
