How can I convert multiple xml feeds to one xml or csv?

So I was given multiple feed links from a supplier to integrate them on my site. Three are XML links and one is a text.

I can open all links in the browser and see what they are, but I'm stumped when it comes to converting them into a CSV or a singular XML link. Whenever I try to convert the feeds (which I understand is the actual problem), I always get an error message.

Can anyone help me with what I can use to convert these things into a link or a file that works so I can finally start populating my site with products?
