How can I correct wrong bank information for payouts in my account?

On Tuesday morning I contacted support. The deposit account information for payouts was recently changed but entered incorrectly, and income from my sales is not being deposited into my bank account. There is no way to correct this online and support was impossible to deal with. A ticket was opened and I was promised that the issue would be escalated and resolved in 24 hours. I haven't heard anything since and no one is responding to the email that was sent to me. 

 

Here are my issues:

The person who answered my support chat absolutely COULD NOT understand that I know what my bank information is, it's just entered incorrectly and needs to be fixed. 

 

I was promised over and over, in very apologetic and flowery wording, that I would be responded to and that this matter would be fixed "I'm making this my top priority" THAT didn't happen. 

 

The transcript of our chat stated that I was the one to end the conversation yet I absolutely was not. The conversation was cut off by the support agent. 

 

My money is being deposited into an account that does not belong to me.  Every day this situation costs me money. Being a POS and commerce company you'd think that correcting money capturing issues would be a top priority, yet I seem to be ignored. 

 

I tried to open another ticket and was met with the same language barrier issues with a different person, yet this time I didn't even get an email in regards to the escalation.

Last response from Shopify: Tuesday at 2:55pm (over 65 hours ago)

 

I'd really like to get my bank information corrected. If I'm told one more time where I can find my banking info on a check or statement again I'll take this issue to the BBB. I know my account information, I want to correct the error in my shopify account.
