How can I create a collapsible menu on all pages?

If you're referring to the way that your menu in your header is collapse-able, this is reflected across all of the pages in your store that your header appears on, so you've already got this achieved! If I'm not fully understanding your question, are you able to provide some more context around it here so myself and other folks jumping in to help have more information to go off of?

You see how the header becomes transparent when scrolling down on the maine page? i want to achieve that on all the pages
