How can I create a rewarding end of year customer survey?

Hello everyone

We'd love to do an end of year survey to send to our customers, getting feedback on what we're doing well and what we can improve on.

It would be an added bonus if we could reward them for completing the survey by giving them Smile points.

Can you recommend an app please?

You can try using QCards Checkout Poll app which allows for configuring a discount that will apply to a responding customer checkout.

Its free to try currently and seriously easy to get started.
