How can I create a size table picker by country on Shopify?

I'm a beginner on Shopify and trying to make size table picker by country.

I have this variants

 

And then there is this cool website that splits the variants by country like this:

And when you change the country it changes the variants like this:

Any ideas how can i do that or if there is a code to split it like this?

I looked in our App Store for an app like this, and the only app that has international conversions visible on the cart is Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender. However, this is an advanced feature, only available on the Premium plan.

That said if there's ever a feature you require for your business, but you can't find an app for it, you can get one custom-made.
