How can I create professional monthly customer statements?

I need to be able to send some of my business customers monthly statements, indicating how many invoices they have open and how much they owe on account. We already use the app "Invoice Falcon" to organise and send professional looking invoices (which isn't possible within Shopify itself). Now I need to be able to summarise all these invoices in one statement. Should be pretty standard business procedure.

Please advise as to the best way to achieve this and make it look less than amateurish.

Hi, did you ever find a solution to this? I've scoured shopify apps and cannot find anything that will allow me to do this. Thanks

They do not have a single statement that gives an Accountant something to reconcile with. 

At all.

They don't even have any Idea how to get an account balance for the end of the month...  Billing and transaction reports will get you close, but close doesn't reconcile...

Hi all, 

I found a solution. There is an app called PT2 Statement Printer. 

All you do is select your customer from the list, select all orders (or select whichever ones you need), and click create statement. It shows paid, outstanding, invoice numbers, dates, everything. 

Theres a 1 week free trial then I think it's 8$ per month but it's worth it.
