How can I customize automatic emails for different checkout options?

Hello,

My store has two options for customers to choose from when checking out: pick up and delivery.

The automatic email sent when the order is fulfilled is the same for either options. How can I change it?

If I'm understanding correctly, you may have to disable the fulfillment auto email and instead use two templates. Delivery and local pickup.

at admin, go to settings then notifications. There should be a huge list of email templates for emails.
