There is Shopify plus feature.

If you already have Shopify Plus subscription you might need to contact support with request.

This is only possible on Shopify Plus plans where you could use an app to change the design by adding custom fonts, different sizes and colors and another app to add checkout ui extensions and add upsell blocks.
