How can I differentiate newsletter subscribers based on their subscription location?

Hello,

As we know, if someone subscribes to our newsletter through the pop up or any other way, they end up in the customer area as Subscribed. However, in that area, we can't distinguish contacts who subscribed from different areas.

We have content that we only want to send to specific subscribers, and we gather those subscribers from 2 pages only (1 page but in 2 different languages). My question is: can we somehow differentiate the subscriber from where they subscribed, maybe through tags or app? I'd prefer to avoid third-party apps, but if we have to, we will use them.
